When ordering, an agreement is made when Humantoolbox.se has confirmed the order through an emailed order confirmation. The order confirmation is automated by the Humantoolbox.se database. Normal delivery time is 1-3 working days after receipt of your order. When purchasing training courses that are IRL, we will inform you of the nearest date when the courses are organized. Online courses are available immediately after purchase
We deliver within Sweden, with PostNord’s fees.
Delay in delivery
If there is a delay in delivery, we will let you know. As a customer, you always have the right to cancel the purchase in case of delivery delays. We will make every effort to fulfill your order. There may be circumstances that make it impossible to complete the order, such as when our supplier is unable to fulfill its commitment to us. We reserve the right to disclaim any compensation to the customer for delays in delivery.
We bear the transport risk, i.e. the risk of the goods being damaged or lost during transportation from our warehouse to you. You bear the risk of any return to us.

Right of withdrawal

The exception is made-to-order items, as we cannot return to manufacturers in other countries…
Right of withdrawal does not apply to businesses
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Goods that do not meet these criteria will be returned to the customer for return shipping and handling costs without exception. All returns require the customer to save their package number. for possible tracing.
According to the Consumer Purchase Act, you as a customer have a right of complaint for 3 years after you have received the goods. Humantoolbox.se applies the Consumer Purchase Act’s right of complaint. If the product is damaged or misdelivered when it arrives, we undertake to rectify the problem free of charge.
ATTENTION! Before returning a defective/misdelivered item, you must contact Customer Services to have the claim approved.
For all returns, the customer is required to save their package number and receipt for possible tracking. When returning the product, the product must be packaged in such a way that the product or its packaging cannot be damaged.
Humantoolbox.se only reimburses shipping on approved complaint, but only the cheapest insured shipping option Posten offers, upon presentation of a receipt.
Unapproved complaints are stored in our warehouse for 3 months for possible return to the customer at the customer’s request. When paying by credit card, the amount is always refunded to the account that was used for the purchase. It is necessary to indicate the clearing and account number when refunding for orders paid by invoice, advance payment, direct payment or postal advance. If Klarna was used at the time of payment, Klarna AB will handle the refund after we have registered and approved your return.
